Jo Brown
Principal
For nearly two decades as a licensed real estate principal, Jo has facilitated hundreds of property acquisitions across Australia. The cornerstone of successful property investment is being able to align the transaction with a property that has an exceptional location and features a superior specification, innovative design features and a premium-quality standard of construction managed by an industry-recognised builder.
Jo’s extensive experience with properties associated with the Australian National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) now places her in a prime position to advise on Liveable Housing opportunities associated with our ageing population and NDIS sectors.

David Bearman
National Training, Logistics, Safety and Procurement Manager
With nearly 40 years of involvement in the building industry, David has had experience in large to small-scale developments in domestic and major industrial projects in multiple states as a project manager and procurement of building materials and renewable energy products sourced throughout Australia and internationally.
David has managed, coordinated, and guided large workgroups to come together to work as an efficient team, producing desired outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.
David is keen to see a generational change in skill development and greater opportunity in the construction industry for indigenous people.

Shane McKinnon
NSW Cliq Co-ordinator
Shane has operated his own companies for 25 years plus from median density projects to major land subdivisions stretching from Sydney to the Newcastle/ Hunter area.
Shane has also controlled the construction process in his subdivisions.
His focus has been on planning and producing high quality small scale, truly liveable residential oases for families, individuals and educated investors alike, without ignoring our environment.
He believes that innovative thinking combined with great relationships are the keys to producing great outcomes. These are his principles he stands and works by, while drawing down on our 25 plus years of experience and creative skill to produce projects that exceed client expectations, every time.
Currently is controlling land subdivisions at Edgeworth Newcastle, Heatherbrae, Wyoming and Warnervale.
Justin Gill
Northern Territory Cliq Co-ordinator
Justin is one of the NT’s most successful builders – He has 25 years of building experience and has built over 650 homes. His build companies and have won over 60 housing awards for homes, including the “National Master Builders Project Home of the Year” and “HIA NT Home of the Year”.
Justin can scale up to 70 homes within 8 weeks if required. For the previous DHA contract in Katherine, he was able to deliver and complete the homes within the contract deadlines. He has also delivered DHA homes within the scheduled timeframe and has in the past completed without any extensions or loss of time and handed over 8 weeks ahead of contract completion.
Justin is involved in the local industry and holds positions of: Committee Member of the Northern Territory Government Building Advisory Board • Chair of the Housing Industry Association NT committee. • Chair of the HIA SA/NT Membership Committee • Committee Member of the HIA National Membership Committee • Vice President of the Australia China Business Council NT • Board Member of the NT Gov Building Advisory Committee • Existing Member of Work Health and Safety Advisory Council that advises NT Government on Industry Safety policy. • Existing Chair of the Work Health and Safety Advisory Council (Construction Sub Committee) • Existing Board member of the Building Industry Reference Group • Member of the Housing Industry Association • Member of the UDIA • Member of Property Council and Member of the Retirement and Residential Committee.

Peter Basedow
SA & WA Cliq Co-ordinator
Peter has over 30 years’ experience in commercial and residential construction, civil and mechanical engineering. Peter has been director of many companies over the years. Building licences are held in both SA & WA. Now making headway into the WA market.
The companies he has been involved in have serviced a breadth of industry, including government, not-for-profit, commercial, and residential clients across metropolitan, regional, and remote areas of the state of SA. He has been involved in delivering commercial, residential, industrial, and modular projects across a wide range of sectors including hospitality, tourism and indigenous.
Peter embraces the importance of the emerging social and governance required in various communities. He has been involved in indigenous projects using the unique robust wall systems and has delivered a quality product and has a strong belief with indigenous recruiting and contracting that has led to the involvement in building projects in communities and the facilitation and engagement of indigenous people in the construction and manufacturing industry to help foster a new generation of indigenous Australian managers, builders, and tradespersons.
Many successful projects include remote Apy lands, Coober Pedy and Oak Valley.

Geoff Millward
Queensland Cliq Co-Ordinator
Geoff Millward has extensive knowledge in residential and commercial construction and development over the past 40 years.
From single affordable homes to waterfront mansions, Multiple dwelling estates and remote housing in the Northern Territory Geoff has designed and built millions of dollars worth of construction in a faultless career. Geoff’s use of many different construction methods from brick and block to timber and steel framed dwellings gives him a perfect insight into new and innovating materials such as his use of “Krusscrete” panels on indigenous housing back in the mid 1990’s. This enables Geoff to utilize available materials such as Ultimate Panels with confidence and ease.
Geoff believes that successful outcomes can only come from team involvement and a strict adherence to quality and cost control.
